Finally!

Lucas is bringing the originals into the 21st century.

After all the screaming about the 2004 release, I sincerely hope this one really is the original version. I have the VHS, but I was debating whether or not to transfer them to miniDV so I could save them on DVD. I'm such a geek.

Note - only available from Sep 12 until the end of the year? Get 'em fast!

Update & Blog Spammers

Well, the voicework went well; nice quick recording. Unfortunately, the client was insistent on using their own voice performer, against the recommendation of the video company who hired me, so my voice won't be on the ad. I still get paid, though, so I'm okay on that. I think I'll start calling the local radio stations on Monday and see if I can get a lead on additional voice work.

I have a question, though. My other blogs on CDLauryl.com and TiltedWindmill.com use WordPress, and for some reason, I have been getting repeated drive-by spam on CDLauryl.com from someone pushing something called tramedol. The "moderate comments" email gives me a source IP address - anybody know what I can do with that to pursue this pest? Perhaps an IP lookup to contact his/her ISP for help? Banning the IP?
